consideration for hire by Woodfield, Inc.
as professional truck drivers will be required to attend Woodfield,
Inc.’s new driver orientation program at
our facilities in
Camden
,
Arkansas
as a pre-employment condition.
Things you need to know about Woodfield,
Inc.’s driver orientation:
- Orientation is required of all new hires and
rehires.
- NO CELL PHONES allowed on during orientation.
Personal calls to be made or taken during breaks only.
- Length of orientation is approximately one and
one-half days and is conducted at the address listed in the menu to
your left.
- It is a paid orientation. Overnight
motel accommodations will be provided to some attendees (at the
discretion of Woodfield’s Director of Human Resources).
- Orientation consists of live instruction,
classroom discussions, exercises, and a variety of videos, all
designed to insure that new employees have a good understanding of
what they can expect from Woodfield, as well as what is expected of
them as an employee of Woodfield.
- A pre-employment drug screen will be required
of each new hire. Pre-employment physicals will be scheduled for you
and performed in
Camden
,
AR
on the second day of orientation, as scheduled by Woodfield’s
Director of Human Resources.
- Regular breaks will be observed, as well as a
lunch hour each day, at which time Woodfield will provide you a meal.
- It is asked that you do not leave the
orientation room except at those times designated as “breaks”,
“lunch”, etc.
- NO family or friends allowed during
orientation.
